No major drive tours to recommend. Ohio is too flat and heavily populated to provide much in the way of great driving experiences. Southeast of Colombus would be the state's most scenic/hilly region but I drove through there only as a passenger and can't recommend any one road in particular.

Traveling the interstates in any state won't allow you to see the most interesting sites. The Old National Road through Ohio is just one of the many more interesting drives.
